Description of products and services Illusion is a publishing company producing a range of face and body art books and magazines.  

Ordering and Posting

Placing an order on the website is easy. To purchase an item click the “order” button. This places the item in your shopping cart. If you need to add the quantity, or place further items in the cart, click “update cart”. When ready to check out, a page will ask whether you wish to purchase your goods by cheque, PayPal or Credit Card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Visa Electron, Switch, SOLO and Delta.

Please do note that our website clearly states that all transactions are in GBP (English Pounds), and it is up to the customer to calculate the current exchange rate for your country (though your credit card company will handle the final conversion for you).

Illusion aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours when the order is placed. If an item is out of stock, this will be reflected on the product information and you will not be able to purchase this order online. The postage rate is calculated by the weight of the order. For delivery within the United Kingdom orders are approximately 2-3 days, for international orders, this is approximately 5-14 days. All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. After placing an order, if you realise you have submitted an incorrect address, please notify Illusion as soon as possible with the correct address. If the order has not been dispatched, this will be amended. If the order has been dispatched, Illusion will wait for the order to be returned before sending out to the correct address. Orders can be sent to a PO Box.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Illusion within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been dispatched, your order can be cancelled.

Cheque Payments

We are unable to accept foreign currency cheques. When paying by cheque, please allow up to 14 days for your cheque to clear before your product is posted.
