Return Policy 

If you have received an incorrect product by error, please contact editor@illusionmagazine.co.uk or telephone 079060345866 to inform Illusion of the error. The standard procedure is to ask you to return the incorrect product by post and Illusion will refund the postal costs for returning the products as well as sending out the correct product. If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us. Illusion can offer an exchange. We do not refund postal costs for exchanges. If the item is faulty, Illusion will issue a replacement. We may require that the defective product be returned to us, Illusion will pay for the postal costs. Every order is checked carefully, however, should an item be missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify Illusion of the missing item.
