Question : How do I use and order from the shop?

Answer : We redesigned our shop to make navigating much easier.   We have divided the products into categories for you to be able to find items that are similar, i.e. books, magazines and DVDs. Once you have found the item you are looking for, decide how many you would like by changing the amount and then click add to basket.  You will be taken to the checkout, but don't worry, you will have the option to continue shopping.  You will need to register before you can order.   

Once you have done this, you will then be taken to the rest of the order process.  You will be asked how you wish to pay.  We accept credit cards and PayPal.  We also accept cheques but only for UK orders only.  All cheques need to be in English pounds. (GBP).

Question :  How are Postage and Handling Costs worked out?

Answer : We have extensively reviewed our postage and handling costs.  All postage costs are worked out on a weight and location basis.  This will be done once you have ordered and input your delivery address.

Question : Why do I have to register before ordering?

Answer :  We ask you to register before ordering for one main reason.  This is that you will be able to check on the progress of your order and also if you would like to order anything from our shop again, it will save you having to input all your personal information again.

Question : What if I forget my password?

Answer : Dont worry. If you do forget your password, please go to the customer login page and you will be given the option to request a new one.  Once you have received this, login and reset the password to your own again.

Question : How do I pay?

Answer : We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express or you can use PayPal.  For UK orders you may also send a cheque (made payble to ILLUSION. You do not need a PayPal account to use the PayPal facility.
